Biarpun <em>flyer <\/em>merupakan salah satu format desain brosur yang cukup favorit digunakan dikarenakan murah dan mudah dibuat, namun banyak <em>flyer<\/em> yang desainnya gagal berfungsi dalam menyampaikan pesan yang dimaksud kepada target market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Semakin banyak informasi berarti akan semakin efektif. Pendapat ini adalah benar jika dilihat dari sisi pemilik usaha atau bisnis, namun belum tentu jika kita lihat dari sisi pembaca atau masyarakat umum sebagai target market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dengan banyaknya usaha\/bisnis yang mengandalkan <em>flyer<\/em> sebagai <em>shotgun<\/em> dalam menyebarkan informasi secara luas, mengacak, dan dalam jumlah yang banyak, maka dapat kita asumsikan bahwa setiap kali orang pergi ke mall untuk berbelanja memiliki kemungkinan menerima lebih dari satu lembar iklan atau informasi dalam format <em>flyer<\/em>. Dan coba tebak, berapa lembar yang akan dia buang tanpa dibaca\/dilihat terlebih dahulu?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lalu, bagaimana cara membuat <em>flyer <\/em>kita menjadi lebih menarik perhatian si penerima dan mengajak dia untuk membaca informasi yang tertera? Apakah kamu membuat <em>flyer<\/em> untuk memberi tahu lokasi outlet barumu, menginformasikan unit produk terbaru, atau mempromosikan potongan harga pada barang tertentu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Prioritize the information regarding its purpose<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Prioritaskan informasi yang ingin disampaikan sesuai dengan tujuan utama <em>flyer<\/em> tersebut. Jika menginformasikan lokasi outlet terbaru adalah alasan kamu membuat <em>flyer<\/em>, mungkin info alamat lengkap serta nomor telepon, kemudian juga sebuah peta sederhana akan sangat membantu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Perhatikan jumlah dari informasi yang ingin disampaikan, jika melebihi tiga jenis informasi berbeda maka sederhanakanlah agar tidak mengganggu informasi utama yang menjadi prioritas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Use design &amp; visual elements that help deliver the information<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Gunakan desain dan elemen visual yang membantu tersampaikannya informasi yang diinginkan. Menggunakan gambar yang terlalu beragam belum tentu menarik perhatian pembaca, bahkan mungkin akan mengganggu fokus perhatian dari informasi penting yang ingin disampaikan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pada contoh diatas, menambahkan visual\/foto gedung baru yang dimaksud akan membantu pembaca menemukan lokasi outlet tersebut.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Add action element for your interested reader<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Tambahkan elemen <em>action<\/em> bagi para pembaca yang berminat.
